In 2008, my wife and I purchased a larger house in preparation for a new baby. All properties have been fully rehabbed (including new water heaters, furnaces, electrical, kitchens) and plumbing has been thoroughly vetted. Investors don’t need to live nearby; property management is included with all properties. We screen and place tenants and also collect rents for our investors.
